Um... just a sec Ill go and get some you could use... but I think you need to ask permission unless it says otherwise.

If you have photoshop, it teaches you how to make one yourself, here-> [link]

But if you dont have Photoshop, or you dont like any I gave you, it would be easier to just search "CSS" on dA... You get lots off cool ones to pick from.
